Norwegian filmmaker currently based in Vancouver.

Fan of Mothra, cursed video tapes, things of that nature.

Hei hei! I’m a Norwegian film director, writer, editor, and creative. My work is nothing if not eclectic, often operating at the opposite ends of a spectrum. On one side – poppy, bright, and bouncy. On the other – eerie, bizarre, and unnerving.

My international background and extensive experience contributes to this rich, contradictory stew. I have lived and worked in Singapore and Amsterdam, spending several years as an in-house creative and director at Monks, a creative agency and prod co. I am currently located in Vancouver where I’m rostered with Wallop Film as a freelance gun-for-hire.

I have created content for clients like Netflix, Universal Studios, Samsung, The Michelin Guide, L’Oréal, MasterCard, Nikon, Discovery Channel, Best Buy, and many more. I have won Cannes Lions awards and a Clio for my TV commercial work, and an array of oddly-shaped trophies for my spooky little short films.

My directorial debut documentary The Chef & The Daruma is currently screening at festivals around the world, taking home even more and even odder awards (what’s the “International Friendship Award”, Japan Indies?). I’m also deep in creative development on a smörgåsbord of other stuff - scripted horror projects, more documentaries, a streaming series, you name it.

Have a gander at my portfolio, holler if you want to meet up for a coffee or a cold one, and I’ll show you pictures of my awful cats whilst gabbing your ear off about the benefits of a good sauna.
